Project responsibilities

• Prepare and co-facilitate process flow and requirements workshop with subject matter experts
• Create online account open process flow document
• Assess and translate business requirements into user interface requirements
• Design and create detailed annotated wireframes of online account open process
• Work directly with client-side business analyst to ensure all business requirements are met in the design of the user interface documents
