Project responsibilities

• Perform heuristic evaluation of existing and concept iPhone and iPad applications
• Prepare materials for and co-facilitate discovery workshop designed to capture user types, key user flows for each identified user type, and business and user requirements
• Create workshop findings document defining key user types and key user tasks
• Conduct interviews with key stakeholders in order to expand on workshop findings
