Project responsibilities

• Prepare and facilitate discovery workshops designed to capture user types, key tasks, and business and user requirements for web application
• Create interview scripts and conduct interviews with key users of existing train monitoring and management web application, including key clients, train yard managers, and supply chain managers in order to validate workshop findings
• Consolidate and organize workshop findings into persona and scenario documents
• Re-envision the design of train monitoring and management web application, and produce annotated wireframes communicating the key concepts of this redesign
