I have over 15 years of experience as a design lead and have guided projects from conception and discovery, to design, to implementation. I’ve more recently taken on leadership roles, managing teams of designers and coordinating delivery across a range of products. In my free time I lead product design for the Evercade line of video game consoles.

- Designed and launched a new case management application within 6 months of joining the team
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior members of the design team through weekly one-on-ones and design reviews
- As a senior member of the team, conducted over 25 interviews for potential new hires, and accountable for facilitating whiteboard exercises for potential UXD candidates.

Lead UX for Evercade consoles and other Blaze projects, including: the Evercade handheld gaming console, Evercade VS, and Evercade Exp; Hyper Mega Tech! Super Pocket; Duke Nukem 1+2 Remastered
- Collaborate with the Managing Director and the CTO of Blaze Entertainment to conceive of new features and functionality for current and upcoming Evercade video game consoles
- Created an Evercade design system in Figma to speed up handoff to engineering and to improve collaboration within the product team.

- Designed and launched brand new Cineplex Store applications for smart TVs and web
- Created prototypes and collaborated closely with user research team to perform weekly testing
- Worked with an Agile team of visual designers, developers, QAs, and product owners to implement new features and improvements to the Cineplex Store platforms.

- Designed and created functional specifications for the brand-new web and mobile trading application
- Collaborated with PO and dev leads to ensure that upcoming improvements and features were represented in the backlog and had the requisite details for test case creation and development
